Refund and Cancellation Policy

Waffo Pancake, operated by Waffo.com Limited, acts as Merchant of Record for paid Writing Tutor subscriptions. It processes payment, issues the receipt, handles applicable sales tax or VAT/GST, and supports payment disputes. Writing Tutor does not store complete card numbers.

Pro Monthly and Pro Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. The checkout page will show the price, currency, billing period, and applicable taxes before payment.

“Cancel at any time” means that the parent may stop the next automatic renewal at any time through Waffo subscription management. Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available until that date, and no further renewal is charged. Cancellation does not mean an automatic immediate refund of the current month or year. A scheduled cancellation may be reversed before the end of the current period where Waffo makes that option available.

Because a Free plan is available to evaluate the core workflow before purchase, subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable once paid. We do not promise a universal 14-day change-of-mind refund. We may approve a full or partial refund where appropriate, including:

• A duplicate charge or confirmed unauthorized payment.
• A material technical failure that prevented reasonable use and was not resolved.
• A refund required by non-waivable consumer law.
• A refund issued by the Merchant of Record to prevent or resolve a payment dispute.

Unused time is not automatically prorated when a subscription is canceled or an account is voluntarily closed. When a full refund is completed, the corresponding paid access ends and the account returns to the Free plan unless another active paid entitlement exists. A partial refund does not automatically end paid access unless the refund decision expressly states otherwise.

Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Some countries may provide a cooling-off, withdrawal, conformity, or service-failure remedy. Where mandatory law gives the parent a stronger remedy, that law controls.

A parent should include the account email, Waffo order or transaction reference, payment date, and a short explanation. Do not send a complete card number. Writing Tutor aims to respond to payment and refund requests within seven business days, although completion timing may depend on Waffo and the payment network.
