Can we try Writing Tutor before paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes the complete guided writing flow, one child profile, two writing projects per calendar month, limited in-flow AI help, and the two most recent reports.
When do Free limits reset?
Free writing-project slots reset on the first day of each calendar month.
When do Pro limits reset?
Pro writing-project and AI Coach limits reset with the subscription month rather than the first day of the calendar month.
Do Monthly and Annual Pro have different features?
No. They provide the same Pro access and monthly quotas. The difference is the billing period and effective monthly price.
Can a subscription be canceled?
Yes. A parent can manage renewal through the subscription portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the current paid period, subject to the displayed provider status.
Are payments automatically refundable?
No. Refund eligibility follows the published Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
